After taking the car (Diablo 92) for a drive and parking it I noticed there was oil under the engine

I traced the oil to what I thought it was a loose screw but it was not it is some sort of venting mechanism (I think they call it breather ? correct me if I am wrong) .

I checked the Oil level it is full so I am not sure why is that thing is letting oil out ? Is it a safety mechanism or is it an early warning system for something bad that might happen or it is already happening to the engine ?
