Another picture of the test run, the idle is slightly higher since the MSD burns all the mixture, throttle response much more aggressive, shutting the engine down and restart is just vroom and it runs, with the MM: rrr rrr rrr oh it runs

OK, it's done, installed.
But the LM is a bitch to work on, took me more than an hour to remove the old MM crap.

Hi Fahad,

do you want a ready to install unit like on the picture?
I should have the exact measures of the mounting points of the box you have in the car since I will bore the plate according to this, if it's like the old MM box then it's perfect.

Anyway, if you want a unit I have to order the box (no problem) and make the mounting plate according to your car.
BTW do you still have the airpump?
The MSD box makes some problems with the control unit, the control unit of the airpump has some problems with understanding the tacho signal, cause of this the control never disconnects the airpump.

I should have an image of the ignition box under the left front fender where the plug wire goes, it looks like the MM in my friends car I just installed the MSD.

When you have the airpump disconnected and don't need it for smog test you could remove it completely, just connect the 2 hoses and save 7 Kilos and room in the engine bay.
The LM2 I installed the box has it removed as you can see on the pictures.

Hi Ryan,

of course, you have the factory setup with the MM AE104 Box, I can fabricate the mounting plate, provide you wiring connector and installation instructions like I PM'ed.

I would also remove the airpump and to make it simply just connect the 2 tube going to the headers together. You can also remove the air pump control unit (just above the coil and this relais)

Just let me know and you will get the mounting plate within 2 weeks.
