Default Got my clutch back in Kevlar today. Pics

Here's my new clutch that was relined in Kevlar. Looks pretty good.
I am not sure what a kevlar clutch is suppose to look like, but hopefully
this is kevlar material. What do you think?

My old clutch plate was defective. It was cracked so I bought a new one for
$100.00

I may just have a new driveshaft made while I am at it because I have seen
the old driveshafts break before.

Pressure plate was redone. Not sure why they painted it white afterwards
but it looks cool.

My flywheel was resurfaced, but not sure if it's safe to use. It still feels like it
has plenty of meat left on it, but I think I may just bite the bullet and get a
new one. $900.00 bucks! Geesh!!!

My throw out bearing looks pretty good and it was also cleaned up too.
So I think it's good for another round. I think I will give it a shot. Not too
excited about spending $640 for a release bearing! I am cheap!

I need to replace my pinion gear and best price so far I have found for the
upgraded one is $2500.00

I have a friend in Miami that I think I will give him old one and have him make
me a new pinion gear that is like the new upgraded one. I think I can come
out at half the cost. Plus I will have control over the material that is used to.

you know what's weird is that the old clutch set up has more material
coverage than the new set up. Not sure why that is? Any idea why?

Here's a picture of an my old set up.

As far as cost goes, it can be anywhere from $600 to $700 plus shipping.
