Default Diablo Door Struts

Does anyone know of the door struts on the Diablo were used on other cars?

I put new ones on my Diablo as part of the restor. Both lids and doors don't pop open. It takes two hands to open the door. Any suggestions?

Sounds like the strut force is not strong enough... But the lid is fiberglass, so it should open easily...

Do you need to take the door panel off to install the new struts? And if so, how do you do that?

I didn't change it, Evans did it for me. I don't think you have to take the panel off.....
