Default Countach Distributor - Questions!

Realize there's a special grease for the moving parts in the distributor. Any inputs on what type is recommended due to it's horizontally fitted?

copper grease to grease the flyweights that's all

I suppose at 90% of the distributor it's not greased enough and the timing advance is not working correctly.

These Marelli lay down distribs really need to be checked every few years on a Distrib Machine. For their application, they really failed quite miserably in the longevity dept, and are very prone to freezing or worn out plastic internal bushings. Just greasing them rarely works because of other internal issues.

Do you know the difference between EURO spec QV Marelli distributors and US spec QV Marelli distributors?

the only difference I've ever noticed is that many Euro versions don't have the timing retard pickup like the US versions, other than that they are identical

A well known lambo tech/shop did overhaul and set up my US dizzy to Euro spec some years ago so I just wondered what effect it would have?
Positive or negative? Car is US/FI.

From where are these internal parts, springs and plastic bushings available, if needed?
