Countach Dipstick

someone installed a homemade oil dipstick in my 1984 5000S. Does someone know the correct length of the dipstick and how far from the end should the "min" & "max" marks be? this is for the 4.7 engine

The length of the actual flexible part ( not including the hard bullet shape that it attachs to )

Length 56.3 cm ( sorry no idea in inches )

From the bottom of the stick to the low mark is 6.5cm and to the high level mark is 6.5 cm.

thanks for measuring I will now confirm if mine is correct. One small typo...you have the same distance 6.5 cm for both hi & low marks??

sorry the high mark is 9.3 cm
