Ian, I believe you have a Euro front bumper Countach. If you are going to remove the bumper, be ready with some extra beer or whatever you drink, you might need it. The bumper is pop riveted on, lots of them. They all have to be drilled out. The lower front part of the fender flare is pop riveted to it also. Pop rivets where you cannot even see them. Pop rivets that you wonder how in the heck they got them in there to start with.
By the way, I never did hear from you concerning the shocks for the car.

I will soon be removing the front bumper from my 1986 Countach.
My question is - has anyone out there done this, if so what short of job is it like to do?
Any special tools required?
Where are all the fixing bolts located?
Any problems areas to be aware of?
Many thanks in advance
