Question Brake Calipers Replace Countach 25th

Hi all,

I have a Countach 25th and am going through the process of replacing my calipers as the 'pots' have seized up! - have looked into refurbs and one or two is beyond refurb, and would prefer new all round.

does anybody please know where i can get hold of some replacment calipers - front and back?

I have seen many forums discussing 'upgrading' but i want to keep the car as original as possible!!

All, contact details? websites? that i can use to get hold of these impossible mysteries would be greatfuly appreciated!!

Thnks

Craig

Only Calipers I ever see totally siezed up is from lack of use...shame, shame...

You can have the originals bored and resleeved by either WhitePost Restorations or Stainless Steel Brake Corp.

Thumbs up cheers

hey!

Yer, it hasent had much use, only when the sun is shinning! but the last few years theres been oil on the clutch - hence the lack of use! so am getting the brakes sorted before we lift the engine!

thats great info guys, thanks! didnt know about the resleeving etc. had approached a local company and they said they couldnt get the rubber for the model anymore, which is akward! will enquire with these chaps and give Chad a mail.

all info is a bonus! bloody impossible to find anyone who deals with this kinda thing!

Thnks

Craig

Default Countach calipers

Craig, I can supply kits any time you need them. Take a look at the pistons, and the bore, I believe the seal is in the bore not on the piston.
