Thats a beautiful set of headers and pipes! Amazing workmanship.

How are you going to handle all those little CO2 pipes? Are you going to leave them off, or weld them onto the new Quicksilver headers?

You don't need them since when you want to use them they are normally stuck... the inlets for the air pump are directly in the outlet of the heads.

3138GBP, including 50GBP for the shipment from the UK to Switzerland.
I honestly have no idea if this is a good price or not. I had contacts by email with Paul in Quicksilver in England. I did not discuss anything, because I liked the way he put things straight..technically and financially speaking...no bull****, he just answers the questions : this is what you need, this is what it's gonna cost you..I sent an email back saying 'ok, I get one' and he sends back a note saying 'here's the company bank references, just transfer the money, and I'll have it manufactured'..'funds received, being manufactured, will be despatched next monday'....I like easy business

Yep...Test drive is planned for first week of March
I think the prices are going up again, so the owners of the old cars are hidding them now After all, and despite all these troubles (and $..), I think I have been lucky to find Tahiti..or shall I say, I was lucky to meet Raymond ..Gosh, I love this guy
Hopefully, more pictures from the garage will come soon...and the ones with the Swiss country side in the background will come in March
