They didn't have MSD ignitions back then, I am sure that makes a world of difference in lowering the emissions. Sincerely Vic

For sure the MSD helps but you have to tune the carbs accordingly too...

Some pictures of today when Eric left for heading to France.

Last pictures before Eric left to France, me at the steering wheel

My stepson Andy took the pictures, I said to Eric: "Hey my stepson was on that bridge, I recognized him because he wears the lambo jacket he got from us as birthday gift..."

1200kms...
No leaks, no vibrations, no noises, no smells, no fumes, no lazy cylinders, etc.... Almost boring
Tahiti runs just perfectly ! This car is now truly unbelievable
Que du bonheur !

Damn, that's even better than 25 years ago when they delivered her new...

Can't wait to see her back in June completely run in and prepared to turn her crankshaft likes she's supposed to.

Hey, what a nice surprise to have you here !!

Ladies and Gentlemen, please let me introduce you Marcel and Gabi the Magicians of Switzerland ...Jaguar XK220's, Diablos, classic Aston Martins, American muscle cars of the golden years, Ferraris (I can't believe the a**holes in Ferrari in Zurich kept the letter Sylvester Stallone wrote you...well...Ferrari style, I guess.. )..Anyway, hanging around the garage is just like being in a dream

It's great to have you here! The car has been running prefectly today again. I went for a 60kms ride today, and you won't believe how she runs...this car is a dream Thank you again so very much !
I still don't know where the water leak is coming from (leaks only when cold...a drop every 4 or 5 minutes..), I believe it must be a gasket or a pipe collar but nothing I can see or access without lifting the car.
The damn odometer (cable must be disengaged at one end...). I'll open the instrument panel tomorrow, but I doubt it is in there..at the wheel maybe, or the relay again ?
Nothing serious or exciting, but don't worry I'll find some more for June

hope to meet you when you have a chance to come to Italy or make a factory visit
