Indeed it was succesful, I drove Tahiti myself and the car runs really like new, it's incredible what this 25 year old lady can do

BTW, after the first runin the carbs were readjusted:
250 ppm HC without smog pump 31 ppm HC with smog pump connected!!!

Today Chianti joined Tahiti and they made a 150 Km drive including driving along lake of Lucerne, some highway trips, up and down hills etc etc, no oil drop, 80 degrees water, carbs fine, brakes fantastic, road holding incredible with the diablo struts. It was just a perfect day... meanwhile Tahiti covered more than 400 Kilometers in 3 days and will drive to Paris tomorrow.

very nice to see both toegether on the road and now could you finally tell us: what is faster btw thatiti and chianti? or the best driver, you or Eric?  please post more pics !!!

After 400Km Tahiti has 61ppm HC WITHOUT the smog pump running, I wonder why they installed the nonsense in that period...
