(Probably will swap it for a Mazda in the morning).
Coming up to Basel/Bâle it takes you 40 minutes from the frontier to Marcel's Garage ( www.mdgarage.ch )
Just curious do you own #3378?

Since Eric needs a hotel too we can check to organize one for both of you, I'm living just on the other side of the hill, only 20-30 minutes away from marcel.

Hi there,

Sorry I missed the last posts...most of the communication systems are very bad in Jakarta since the flooding.

Thanks very much for the new pics Raymond ! ...That looks absolutely fantastic ! These are going to be the longest 2.5 weeks of my life Let's pray for the weather now. I'll give you a call as soon as I'm in Paris.

I should be arriving at Marcel's on Thursday 8 March afternoon, and will stay around to put the first 400/500kms on and help Marcel with the last minute things until Saturday night. I will then head to Senlis (700kms) on Sunday morning (no trucks on the roads of Europe on Sundays).

Jef, you are more than welcome to join us in Switzerland! Did Raymond sent you Marcel's address ? you can still check on his website www.sportwagenspezialist.ch. There are plenty of hotels west of Zurich, from 20 to 40 kms from Marcel's Garage.

Cheers

And Raymond: I dont know which car you are referring to, but I wish I owned it.
Hope to see you guys in March

Hey Terry,
I know you have not forgotten, but I hope I am the last thing on your list right now ! You have much more important things to deal with I guess.
Thanks anyway

Tahiti looks like it is building/has built(!!!!) into a truly stunning example!

Congratulations to everyone involved!

Seems Tahiti is running fine, first carb adjustment brought 350ppm HC without air pump and 70 with airpump, no issues with the emission test therefore...

Now Marcel is looking after the broken tacho to find out if it's the tacho cable or the gear at the left front wheel.
