Default 92 Diablo passenger door will not open

Help require, 92 Diablo passenger door will not open with power locks or with the key. I can hear the lock working but don't know why its not unlocking. Pulling the door lever from inside or pushing the button from outside, still no luck. With the door down and locked, cant even remove the door panel. Is there anything I can do?
Thanks in advance.

Mike

It has been a while since I had the door panels off my 91 D, But if I remember right, the upper flat panel slid upward with little effort. Roll the window down and see if you can GENTLY work it straight up. You will then have access to a good portion of the mechanism.
Please remember it has been a while for me. I'll look again tonight to see if I have forgotten any screw locations. But then again if you can't open the door, you may have no choice.

Thanks for the tip. We managed to push up on the panel and pulled it far enough to provide access to lock mechanism.
After evaluating and poking around we noticed the long horizontal lever was stucked in the down position preventing the power lock from retracting and the handle to unlock the mechanism. I was able to reach inside and push up on the long lever and pull back on another lever, then 'CLICK' the door opened.
The levers and mechanism were dry and stiff due to lack of lubrication.
After cleaning and relubing the parts, the door opens and closely normal.
But there is another problem. The power door lock does not work properly, the power lock does not lock the doors only clicks and will not retract or extend. Any suggestions? Does the power lock requires replacing?

Disconnect the metal part connecting the power lock to the door mechanism and see if it work when you try to lock/unlock, if it does then you have an alignment issue. You need to make sure you did not bend that small metal piece which is connecting the power lock to the door locking mechanism

That was a good idea, got it disconnected.
During operation the powerlock arm will retract and extend again instantly giving a double click sound, seems like its not holding in. But I'm not sure how this powerlock works. When I hit the lock button on the console does the arm retract and hold? And when I hit the unlock button the arm extends?
All it does is double clicking.
The door mechanism ball lever seems to work smoothly when pulling and pushing by hand.
Would you think I need to replace the powerlock or is it a problem somewhere else?
Thanks

I can not remember which way it operates but you can try and see which way will lock the door.
I am not sure if you have to change the power lock but i hope not cos they are expensive as far as I know.

Both power door locks works fine when locking with the key on drivers door. But will not lock with console switch or passenger door with key.
Is there a main powerlock relay or module somewhere that can be faulty?
