I expect they produce all cars with side impact protection to the same level, to meet the highest standard.

My dealer attempted to disconnect the hoses and the check engine light came on. Any suggestions thanks, Jim

Without knowing the details, here is a qualified guess:
Just removing the vacuum lines to the actuators without capping them will introduce false (unmeasured) air to the engine, making it run lean.
This may be what triggers the check engine light.

"Officially there are only 250 units built as far as I know, perhaps there was a 0/250, but other than that I don't have any official statement more were made.I seriously doubt this. Even if it would be true, why would they store the cars in the US, they would be kept at the factory I'm sure, not in Boston.
I do know that some Gallardo's were converted to look like SE's, and my guess would be these 3 'lemon cars' are nothing more than a normal Gallardo with SE looks.
If they didn't receive a numbered plate I'm sure you won't be able to sell them as an SE model, these are just replica's in my opinion.

Note that because Lamborghini is building very little numbers (compared to GM, VAG, FIAT or other giants) they are exempt from several laws, so I'm sure that this so called 'Lemon Law' won't apply to the Raging Bull."

The 00/20 car of the Reventon is the press/show car that will be retained by the factory for the museum, or so I'm led to believe. I would therefore assume that all the 00 cars go into the museum.
