MY E-GEAR ONLY HAS 1300 MILES,...I THINK IT'S OK.....BUT WOULD LIKE TO HAVE IT...MY 6 SPEED HAS 6K ...GOING TO NEED IT A LOT SOONER...PLEASE KEEP ME INFORMED.....

just make sure that the turbos are ball bearing turbos wayne. They spool much faster. Also, water to air intercooler is best. Are you planning high or low boost? ?If high boost, are you going to tear down the engine and redo pistons and rods? I know that the audi v-10 had beefed up internals.

This sounds a fantastic project, I'm very envious!
There seem to be heavy rumours everywhere (including on this website) that the next factory Gallardo update will be a 600hp engine (there were earlier rumours that Lambo had to de-tune the Gallardo engine to 500hp before the launch so as not to upstage the Murcie) If the 600hp factory motor is coming soon, I would think it would be possible to also tweak out another say 30hp with a Tubi/Larini exhaust, sports cats, and an intake mod. This means 630hp with a much simpler/proven method than twin turbos. I'm definitely not saying I don't want to see the results of this twin turbo project though, it should be amazing! |
