I second that thought. I have had the pleasure of driving both vehicles. the F430 shifts nicely. However it can not compare to the joy and excitement you get when you shift the Lambo, get pinned back in the seat and hear the intake trying to suck your head through the side window while screaming down the road. =)

The F430 hands down shifts incredible compared to the G . But the LP560 on the other hand shifts like butter just like the F430.
The LP560 seems to even shift a bit better than the F430. But that would be expected since it is Lambos newest technology. I have not been in a F430 Scuderia yet so I cant compare Ferraris latest and greatest compared to Lambos new top dog. |

Hi guys! I'm from Mongolia, I bought Gallardo 2004, but have a problem, my transmission is not working, after the engine start R and N lights both turn on, text on the display WARNING FAULT E-GEAR SYSTEM, CONTACT WORKSHOP. And my car cannot go, our country don;t have a Lamborghini service. And my Lambo is the first Lambo in MOngolia. What should I do guys? please help me. send me advice... please, my email is zorig81@yahoo.com

The Scuderia is 60ms thats only 0.06 seconds at its slowest point - not 0.6 but 0.06 now that is insane!
I havent seen any times on the LP560 but they say that shift speed has improved by 40% compared to the last G update. |

Sorta same topic, although I'm not going to be trying to launch (at least not right now, and when i do, its definitely not going to be by trying to do some kind of weird clutch flutter on an e-gear :-)).
But i just bought an 08 coupe and am going to Vegas to pick it up tomorrow. When i test drove (diff car, but an 08 coupe still), the egear was a little more challenging that I had expected (welcome challenge in fact, i was scared it would be boring). like it didnt seem like you just keep your foot in the gas and pull on the paddle...there was some nuance in getting it go through a smooth shift, as there was getting the right style aggressive shift. is there a writeup anywhere that talks through an e-gear tutorial? TIA |
