Default 54 Plate G Engine Hesitation (help)

Hi Ive Just Bought A 54 2005 Gallardo From A Main Dealer. When I Pull Away In E Gear Or Man The Engine Hesitates And Some Times Is Very Jerkey. This Happens About 70% Of The Time. The Dealer I Bought It From Is 800 Miles Away And Ther Nearest Other Place Is 350 Miles A Way. Ive Been Looking At The Various Threds And The Only Description I Can Find That Is Acrute Are Ones Going Back To 2005 And Relate To Soft Ware Up Dates. I Took The Car To A Dealer Ship Nearer To Me Yesterday Which Told Me I Have The Latest Version And There Were No Fault Codes In The Ecu, When I Was Sat In Traffic Going To The Dealership Yesterday The Engine Was Also Irraticly Ideling I Have Already Renewed The Spark Plugs, I Have Also Checked The T Piece On The Vacuum Line That Is Prone For Breaking, And As This Has A Modified Exhuast I Have Checked The Vacuum Unit That Is Located Under The Bonnet Catch Which Is Not Split And Has Been Blanked. Can Any Body Please Help.

my 05 did the same thing... the clutch needs to be reprogrammed to be softer (less psi).
That solved the problem on my car... dont know about the plugs fouling however...?
