Okay, I need some help with diagnosing why between 60 and 80 mph the steering is wobbling.
At first I thought it was that the front wheels hadn't been balanced, which has now been sorted and it is still there. Anyone with any ideas, where I should start looking? |

Well, I've never looked underneath the front of a Jalpa, but my old Jeeps always did that at highway speed because they needed a new sterring stabilizer shock. Does the Jalpa have one?

Do you hear a noise from the wheel bearing?
Otherwise one of the silentblock could have broken or the ball joint at the outer end where the strut is attached. have a look at the jalpa-hompage, part manual tav #36 and 37.
