Thank you all again for all the kind words that helped me get the project finished in record time. I did not spray the front bumper, I just used tire cleaner and it did the trick.

Well, I pretty much have it all wrapped up. Today I painted all the black trim, finished the rear bumper, replaced most of the rivets with new Aluminum ones (shiny!) and installed all new weather stripping. Now I just need to install the taillights and the door panels and I am finished. I will try and get it out of the garage tomorrow for some pictures out in the sun. Here is a little preview to hold you over.

Yes it is the round ones. I am thinking about getting a more modern wheel but will need to figure out the backspacing. Of course I will keep the originals as well.

As for the headlight idea. That would be cool but would require more work!?!?

Totally amazing! That is the perfect yellow for that car. You should quit your day job, you can't be better at it than what you've just accomplished.

Looks awesome... Bust that thing over to my house and we'll throw some cool flames on it... Maybe a skull or two. Umm, okay maybe not. Just kidding Dave, she looks really great in the sun. It is nice to see the pure lines.
