Default Please help Which plugs for Jalpa!

I'm very confused on which spark plugs to use on my 88 Jalpa US spec.
Can someone clear up the confusion for me and give me a part number to order at my local Napa??
I heard on this forum that you should use Silvers
I asked George Evans and he said to use Champions 2319 copper gapped to .030
I asked Gary Bobiloff and he said use Bosch Platinums WR7DP because they reduce fouling gapped to .028
Lambo Power is saying use NGKBP6ES
Can anyone please clear this up for me? I would really like to change my plugs out.. Thanks for the replies!
