Hi Mike,
great idea, I will have one in my new house as well... it's cool that it's closed to the ground, like this you can put another car under the oil dropping lambo You need to install such a door: ![]() I have those, they need only 2 feet room.

I have 10 foot ceilings in the garage. At the height shown in the picture, its right at about 3.5 feet off the ground. If I move (or replace the garage door opener), it will give me another 2 1/2 feet to raise it. At it's highest level, it will be just over 6 feet. Right now, its perfect for sitting on a rolling chair and sitting down while working! Very comfortable.
