I had contact with Agip technicians, Agip Sint 2000 was from the beginning on a partially sinthetic oil and still is, like I said.
The name of the product (Sint 2000) indicates already the sinthetic consistence of the oil which came on the market in 1968.

Seither wurde natürlich die Formulierung immer den aktuellen Marktgegebenheiten angepasst. Die Bezeichung "Semi-Synthetic" ist mit der deutschen Bezeichnung "Teilsynthetik" vergleichbar.

Translation:
Agip Sint 2000 was the first oil on the market with synthetic components, it's official release was 1968. Of course the actual mixture was always adjusted to the knowledge and market needs, in english such an oil is called semi-synthetic.
Knowing the API-Class of 1985's Sint 2000 everyone can exactly determine which standards the oil of 1985 matched... the oil of 1985 was API SF/ CC, API SF is from 1980, SG came 1988.
