Problem found..............power window motor is seized. Took it to a restoration shop and the guy said it's a Bosch motor that was very commun to the time frame (early to mid 80's) Stock # is 0130821069. I know the TRV of that era used the same motor. Have calls in to see if part # is still valid..waiting for a response...............as we speak....part located in Atlanta
