Emery, You should be able to repair the belt cover with fiberglass.

Alternatively I may be able to find my old one if searching really hard, but it had similar problems, although not so bad.

Do you think it's cheaper to make a new one rather than to buy a used one?
Maybe a clear plastic one would be cool...then you could see the belts rolling around.

Okay...what's the trick to getting the lower right hand side allen bolt out??? I got the other two out, but the that last ones a killer! Can't see it, only feel it, tucked underneath and hard to reach and really close to the air pump by about a half inch!
