its me. Wife doesnt drive it, so I thought something different would be better. Just when you get a car perfect.....you know.

jason, didn't you JUST buy this car a few months back? it looks in great condition...it was the one in pasadena, if i remember...

Jason can you post a picture with the carpet removed which covers the access to the engine bay?

I plan to do a similar thing on my P300 once I have the time to restore it.

yes, I purchased it four months ago for my wife. Wife never drove it so I figure she wants something else.

I noticed on eBay that the car had a lot done in 2002, among other things an engine re-seal.
Were they successful? Meaning, is the engine completely dry on the outside?

I am trying to size up the task of getting rid of all oil leaks and if it is possible at all.

yes. A total of 200 hours was spent on this car.

Raymond, the birth date for my car was October of 1986, which may explain the access panel. here are the pics:

Thanks very much, it's the first one I know so far, perhaps they changed for MY1986?

I just had a look at the auction, that car is really incredible clean, except the front spoiler it's perfect, I hope it will find a new happy owner.
