Agreed. All I'm saying is give credit where credit is due.

First of all, the guy driving the Lambo looks like a poser--a guy who would have no driving talent to begin with..second, there IS NO driving talent needed for going nearly in a straight line...why do you think that virtually anyone, even your grandmother, can enter a drag race....I do not see straight line or drag racing as a sport--it is a battle of mechanics and engines, with minimal engineering needs from the car body. The driver is almost not required ( lucky in the case of the Lambo driver in the video :-) )

For the Supra to impress me, it would need to be eating up the Lambo on a serious Road course like Road Atlanta....I would even settle for a minor road course like Moroso or Homestead--anything that requires the driver to have talent, and the car to need real engineering.

Regards,
Dan Volker

P.S.
I would be happy to race the supra with my Gallardo on a good road course. With his extra power, my condition would be that it was a 6 to 8 hour race, most distance( most laps in the time period). I would go for a 12 hour if the track would make this feasible. My bet would be that the Supra would not last this long :-)

LOL. I'm not arguing that. Of course the Murcielago or Gallardo would win on a road course. Refer to my previous post.

Just the same, if you know the poser who was driving the lambo, pass him my offer... After seeing the expressions on his face during the video, I would not mind giving him a lesson on what real sports cars do on real road courses :-)

Regards,
Dan

It's usually pointless to keep going especially because cops but mostly because you can already tell who's going to win, especially the way that car did.. No way the Lambo could keep up.

LOL at the sarcasm, but I don't think it matters at all really when your engine is putting out 500-600 ft lbs of Tq.

maybe...but if they were going at 150mph the lambo will catch up! the trans gears on the supra is not made to go high speed so the supra will run out of gears. the engine of the supra is fast but it will probably hit redline at 190mph on 5th gear and the lambo will slowly catch up. lets say the supra changes his trans his diff wouldnt allow him to go that fast....thats just my theory, please comment if you think im wrong

Haha.. first of all, I don't know the guy driving the car, why you would even suggest that is beyond me. Secondly, your attitude resembles that of a 12 year old child...listen to this bigot trying to sound hard on the internet. Take that snobby facade/war monger personality and shove it..
