Looking for a nice shift knob for a Diablo. Anyone have any suggestions?

Your best bet is probably MOMO shift knobs. The two leather wrapped ball type are very close to the factory SV knobs.

The SE30 has a nice shift knob, looks a bit like the 3rd pic.
