It's a simple tale of supply and demand. And I am sure in this market there are people willing to pay just about anything to get there hands on one of these exclusive and illusive LP640s

in F-car's case is not all about the demand, but dealer playing money games. (they do that so they can sell the same cars over and over again with new car profit, to me, it's un-ethical business practice) But people who buy them are rich enough that they don't care to be played by the dealer. The factory are making more F-430 than any car in their history. In the good old time, f-car never had such a high mark up, and the factory made much much less car.

Everyone who pays more than MRSP is stupid because there will be enough cars.

Stupid is a bit strong, but I agree with you. I believe it doesn't matter how wealthy you are, you should not be taken for a ride. (because people who token advantage of you may actually think they out smart you)

Jay Leno is quoted saying that this is the reason he would never buy a Ferrari.

It is worth what anyone will pay for it. You people know this, so back off. It is a beauty!! On the other hand, never have a Dick drill your teeth.
