They include mounted, balanced Pirelli PZeroCorsas with approx 50% life remaining.
Lugs NOT included.
Made by Speedline in Italy.

There are some cosmetic imperfections from the track. I have photos of the small imperfections that could easily be fixed by a wheel specialist.
