I have a lot of pics of those I will post also. I am not sure when I will have a complete set of carbon interior for viewing. We usually do everything on a custom order basis. As far as sending your parts out, I assume they are being wrapped. We make all of our parts in a mold so there is no down time for your car do to having to send out your interior.

We do already have all the molds ready to have the parts made it's just a matter of having an order placed. Everything is ready to go though.

No the parts will have molds made for them They are quite a bit less expensive than what we get here in the states. They also use epoxy resin for clarity.

Having molds made will take some time depending on what you are having done. The interior parts will all have to have the upholstery removed. Then what is underneath that we found had clay in the corners was rippled, the aluminum had dents. All of that had to be filled and body worked with bondo and straightened out to the thickness that the parts were when wrapped in upholstery. Otherwise you will end up with gaps everywhere that can't be filled. I am glad I don't have to relive that project. Do these guys have a car for test fitting while straightening out your parts? I'm only asking because I have already done this and know what is involved.

As for the resin we too use only epoxy, then spray the parts with an automotive UV protective PPG clear coat then backsand and polish. Doing good carbon is definately tedious work

Give you an example, the center console you have can be made for $300-$400 less. The fabricator just doesn't have the complete interior unless someone gives him the parts.

yes they do have a test car for fitment. I just need to decide if I want to send my parts out, but if the price is high, then I may just do that and also might be able to get more parts for who may want them. I just need to decide what I want to do.
