im located in san diego. im selling the car for me friend so im not sure if she would be willing to take that offer, because i think theres two people that have looked at it for 195k, and she owes like 240k on it still.....

Integra, I think you just turned a LOT of people off because you first stated that you needed to sell it to get "your" house. Now, you are selling it for a friend? Most would consider that a fishy deal. And besides, it does not matter what "she" owes on the car. It is just like anything else, it is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. If you're that hard up, try taking it to a dealer. Consider this a blessing. Buying property in SD is NOT a good idea right now.

well i was typing what she told me to..... if thats fishy then ........... iuno. im just doing my job. i know the markets bad thats why she still has a multi million house she hasnt got rid of yet either, hense another reason it needs to be sold.
