Default 1984 LP5000S for sale

1984 LP5000S Black/Red (carbs) 24,497 Kilometers

Car is in very good condition as you can see from the pictures.
The car is currently at Evans in Ohio being gone over. New heim joints, axle boots/seals, OEM shift knob....anything that needs attention before summer driving is being done. Engine has been pulled and headers being jet-hot coated. It will be ready to go!
Evans just did compression check and all cylinders are 190 and up.

Interior: Interior is very nice. No rips and dash is perfect. All glass is perfect. No fading of leather. Previous owner mounted aftermarket speakers in side sills and added an aftermarket shift knob (these will be the first things to go if I keep the car).

Engine: Engine runs extremely well. No hesitation on acceleration and no smoke. Recent engine out service done by previous owner approx. 4,000 kilometers ago (2 years ago). The carbs have been tuned extremely well! Here is what was done:
Complete valve job and guides on both heads
New engine bearings / crankshaft bearings
New cylinder linings
Deck plated and honed
New piston rings
New starter
New AC compressor
New crankshaft
New pistons (balanced to 1/10 of a gram each)
New spark plug wires
Carburetors rebuilt and tuned

Driving: Drives extremely well. New brake pads. No pulling under braking. Tracks straight and is a joy to drive.
Has factory Ansa exhaust which sounds GREAT! Spare tire is also with the car.
Overall this is a very good car and I have been enjoying it very much but I alread have an LP400S and I am looking at purchasing another. If you have any questions please let me know.

Kansas ?? Never heard of...just joking I was kinda hoping you were in Europe.
If the car runs and looks as you say (we all know how the "love" factor sometime blinds us ), $115K is a very fair price and you should see it going faster than you think...I would even think that is a great deal...
Thanks for your reply anyway. Good luck

Great looking car. I've been looking at some CT prices on www.autoscout24.com (European 2nd hand site, 452 Lambo's, try http://nl.autoscout24.be/List.aspx?v...t=price&zipc=B) last night, and I agree that sounds like a very
good deal.

Hey Jef...The US$ doesn't worth much these days in Europe, and I believe you are used to import and customs procedures...How does a black Countach fit in your garage ?

Actually, it's 10% import duty plus your local VAT on the total price of the car plus shipping and handling costs...

So basically, it's about the amount in EUR as you see in USD...
