I thought I would try flipping one of these beasts. So I purchased an 04 Gallardo this morning. It is orange with black/orange int. gloss black wheels, egear, power recline seats, everything else is stock.

I did have a PPI done by auto gallery, clutch is 70%, car has all original body panels, no frame damage, and no suspension parts replaced. It also has its recall completed. No warning lights at all (ive made 200+ miles on it today). Clean title in hand.

Cons: needs tires bad, needs alignment, some aftermarket wiring from previous aftmkt radio (now has stock radio), and carfax does show accident.

I sure would be cautious. Not a bad deal, but it could be difficult to sell. I think I would low an offer just for the heck of it and see what happens.

If this is the same car I am thinking. It has been bought/sold like 3 times in the last 7 days.
It also has a lot of paint work, very evident paint work.
Only if its the same car I think it is.

I found it on ebay, the one on craigslist had an 818 number and this guy had a diff area code.

I also go through alot of steps when I make a big purchase like this, so I have a copy of the guys ID, mail from his house to matching address, and etc.

Paint work may have been done to rear bumper and drivers fender.

Yeah. Same car. It's been in a couple accidents and has overspray and has major repaint.

Just letting the forum members know. This car has been sold many times in just last week. It has about 6 owners on carfax as well.

Members should know this before someone spends money on a PPI or on a flight.

I would stay far far away from this car.

As long as the car runs right who cares about overspray and repaint? That can always be fixed. Cars went ment to be hit and replace a fender, a door etc. At that price its not that bad. Good luck with the sale.

All I was doing was letting the forum know what's up with the car. No trying to convince anyone to not buy it.

Also, the title isn't in his name and title has been handed to a few different people this past week. Before I bought it, of I ever did, I would def go to DMV and make sure all paperwork is legit.

83k isn't a deal on this car. 75k or less would be.

Were talking about different cars then. This one has no overspray, and the title is in the same owners name who bought the car a few yrs ago, also I have a copy of his id and mail as I have said above.

Also I have a PPI done by the dealer, so if there was any hidden problems they would have told me. Ive been selling cars for 5+ years (not exotics) but I still built a very good rep of being a very honest dealer.
