Of course we don't know all the details but I would imagine that KB would not have thrown in the towl without good reason. From what I read it was not a money issue but a lack of support from the factory. There is no excuse for it. Lamborghini could have been on the verge of racing greatness with a little more time and money spent. It is just a little frustrating to see Maserati (Ferrari) putting the MC12 on the podium in two races.

Not Quite ALMS But Still Cool
To bad about the Lambo ALMS but maybe this pic can tide you guys over. I'm chasing (but not catching) an F40 LM driven by 3 time Le Mans winner Roland Linder at Pikes Peak Raceway in Colorado Springs over the weekend. Good fun!!!!
