I have to agree, a start from dead stop is the way to go. The vette will be wasting a lot of time just getting hooked up. Your AWD should make a lot of difference from a stop. At the same time, I gotta agree with the poster who said "You already won, you are driving a Lambo!"

Ride in his car first! Never jump into a race or you will get hustled. And especially watch out for certain imports like Supra's and others who seem somewhat confident or are obviously acting modest. Just letting you know for your own good.
