Concorso Exotica @ Playboy Mansion Charity Event
We are sending out an email to introduce our Exotic Car Show and Breast Cancer Charity Event to the car and luxury lifestyle industry. We are hosting the 2008 Concorso Exotica @ Playboy Mansion to benefit the United Breast Cancer Foundation. The car show is part of the Hot August Nights charity event held at the Playboy Mansion on Saturday August 16th in Los Angeles. This is the 3rd annual Hot August Nights event and the 1st annual Concorso Exotica to be held at the Playboy Mansion. The car show will be held on the front lawn of the Playboy Mansion during the Hot August Nights event. The car show will feature between 10-20 Exotic and Concept Cars on the front lawn. We are anticipating between 800-1000 guests from all over the country at our event. It will be an upscale crowd. We are reaching out to the car community for potential sponsorships. We would like to involve select car companies to be involved with our charity event, and the Pre Party at a nightclub in Hollywood on Friday August 15th. The Pre-Party will have a Red Carpet with various exotic cars being displayed.
If your company has interest in sponsoring the event please send us an email at info@concorsoexotica.comor call 949.200.7392. We can send you a sponsorship package outlining how to get involved with the Car Show or the Main Event(HAN). If you have clients that would like to attend the event they can purchase tickets at The HI-Line Group presents "2008 Hot August Night's @ Playboy Mansion". We would love to involve your company in our Breast Cancer Charity event and help make it a success for yet another year.
There are multiple ways for your company to be involved in the event. Companies receive great media coverage and exposure to a very upscale clientele at the event to market their product or services. You can commit to either of the following:- Purchase a sponsorship to involve your car(s) or company in the car show (media present to cover the show and get exposure for your company)
- Purchase tickets for your employees or clients to support the event. Great way to network and build relationships with other industry people for a good cause
- Donate items in the Live or Silent Auction.
- Examples of past donations
- Trip for 2 to race off road vehicles in Baja from The Baja Experience
- Passes to race exotic cars at Race Track Clubs
- Passes to Car Industry events like Formula One or Indy Car events
- Auctioning of a car to guests at the event
The event will feature:- Celebrity attendance
- Media coverage (Car industry and Entertainment industry)
- Red Carpets for Main event as well as Concorso Exotica Show
- 350 models from across the country
- Live & Silent Auction
- Fashion showwith various designers
- Body painted models and Playmates.
