Default 16th Annual Italian Concours

Hi everyone:

Thanks so much for your support of the Italian Concours!!! We try every year to make it bigger and better! This year, we have filled every single sponsorship we offer! This is the first time it's ever happened! WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL (as our friend Lawrence Welk would say). New sponsors for 2008 include: Exotica Motorsports, Bellevue MV Agusta, PODS, RGI Landscaping and Irrigation, and Northwest Motor Scooters (this is the new Vespa, Aprilia & Piagio dealer down in Tacoma), if any of you are sick of paying $5 a gallon for gas, make sure you check out their selection of scooters at the show this year. My understanding, is that they anticipate selling quite a few and are bringing a bunch to the show.

For the 3rd year in a row, Cats Exotics (Thanks Roy!!) is our corporate sponsor, and our associate sponsors are: Griots Garage, Lamborghini Bellevue and KZOK.

Any contributions to the Concours are always accepted, as all money goes right back into the show for the following year.

We are also holding our yearly raffle for "Make A Wish" and as usual, 100% of the proceeds will go directly to Make A Wish. Last year we raised just shy of $3000.00 for them! This year I am really trying hard to get one of our sponsors to donate a "Scooter" for the raffle. This should really get folks excited about buying the raffle tickets.

The event is open to any Italian Car. The only exception we have made in the past for "non-Italian" cars, is with Park Place Motors. Simply because they are a dealership, and deal with more than Italian cars. We try to have them bring a majority of Italian cars, but the occasional Aston Martin makes it onto the field each year.

As usual our Goodie Bags are worth more than the $35.00 entry fee. This year we have already lined up copies of Robb Report, DuPont Registry, Cavillino, and Autoweek as well as cool little items from Ducati Seattle, Les Schwab, Discount Tires and lets not forget, the surprise from Griot's Garage and more! Last year the value of the goodie bag was almost $100.00.

We just mailed out the entry applications along with another "save the date" card yesterday, so you should be getting them in the mail anytime. If you need an application, you can download one from our website or PM me your address and we'll get you on our distribution list.

Thanks again to all of you for your support! I hope you enjoy the show as much as we do putting it on!
