Default msrp

What is the MSRP? you can also get a good deal on a 06/07 used gallardo, the economy is bad and they are not selling nothing, there is a huge used inventory for gallardo in USA... they have a 06 white gallardo at lamborghini chicago, it s been there for 6 months, if i had the cash now i will make an offer...

You can to walk into ANY dealership and order at MSRP. With a deep recession facing us, you should wait a bit, and you WILL get a new 560 at a discount. Sales are very bad; in the last quarter even Ferrari posted lower sales (which is unusual).

Is it really that bad over there? We see the US Dollar depreciating rapidly of course. We are being told this crisis is mostly due to the collapse of the real estate business. 'Deep recession facing us': do you really feel it is going to get worse than this?

Car sales are feeling the pinch here in Japan too.

Bide your time and you'll get a great deal.

In Regina house prices sky rocketed 40% last year, and incomes only raised 3% ...

Absolutely. This current conditions are / were triggered by housing, but the problem is much, much deeper. The real cause, IMO, is easy monetary policy. I could write a book on this, but I'll save you death by text.

BTW, who tells you that it is caused by the RE collapse?

I am told by the dealer here that the LP 560 will be about USD 30k more (in Japan) than the regular Gallardo.

Briefly: local media (and their analists) give us the following explanation:

Too many loans were given to people who should not be getting any loans, they were not able to pay off their mortgages, which caused the housing market to collapse, which triggered other problems,... The general idea these analists have is that the country has been outrunning it's income for too long.
