I saw this image from a web site with slides from a New York auto show...is this the new Gallardo design? Can someone shed some light on this image? Can't figure out whose booth it is.

I believe that is the Saleen S5S Raptor concept. See the March 24th issue of Autoweek for more details.

Wow, sure seems like a Gallardo rip off to me - same basic shape just smoothed down...

Quite silly looking design by someone who really didn't have a clue where to go. Poor excuse for a Gallardo.

A Gallardo WANNABE?

Yeah, definitely a Saleen. See the ugly 'Stang in the background? I don't know what to make of this thing. I kind of like it (it looks like it could fit a 6 1/2 footer), but I would bet that a bunch of people would ask if it is a kit Lambo. At least the S7 didn't really look like anything else. . . just kit-ish

I like it. Kinda funky but more balanced than the gallardo. The gallardo is shaped like a square. There is nothing to balance the rear out.

Actually, it looks like a combination of Lotus and Gallardo
