Smile Stone Chips On Murcielago headlights!

Just bought a Murcielago and the headlights have lots of small mark ones them I presume from stones, Can anyone suggest a cure other than purchasing new headlights?

Is the paintwork chipped too? If it's just the headlights and not the paintwork it would sound odd.

I suspect that there's not a huge amount you can do (sadly).
