Hey guys, im a 6speedonline guy typically, Came on here because im gonna be in market for Lambo soon... My thing is if i get one of these i really will be driving it every day during the summer, i put 26000 miles on my 911 Turbo summer. So basically what im gettin to is the Gallardo what i want? I know its an audi platform. I just want somthing i can have fun in thats a lil higher key than a Porsche.. I was in a Gallardo Spyder today and loved it. Any thoughts from you current owners?

I have put nearly 20,000 miles on my Gallardo in the last 12 months, and it runs as reliably as my Honda S 2000. I believe that the people that put a Gallardo or Murci in a garage, and only use them a couple of times per month, and never longer drives or fast operation, are actually HURTING the car's longevity. I think these cars need to be driven several days per week, and they should be driven at high, 4500 plus rpms as much as possible. This keeps everthing lubricated the way it is supposed to be, and I believe this is why my car is so reliable ( because I am constantly using it, and constantly running it at 4000 to 7000 rpms).
Even the clutch on my Gallardo still runs as if it is new--this on a 2004 Gallardo. |

I don't know how but I totally missed this thread. I just read through it and all I have to say is, pugads650 consider yourself luck. Had I seen your comments earlier, you would have gotten the boot. We do not allow bashing and nonsense remarks here. You have been warned.
