I've been working at Ferrari/Maserati/Lamborghini of Washington for almost a year now, and was looking for a forum like this to help me find more information on the product. I've been trying to find what other options people have for these cars other than OEM equipment, and it's been quite helpful already! We have a lot of customers that gawk at prices of certain things. It's nice to be able to relate to them, agree that something is rediculously priced, but also give them other options.
I don't have a lambo yet either, but as you can figure, I get plenty of seat time in ALL models & types. It's a very rewarding dream job(aside from the work!), as every car that comes in gets a test drive at the end. Someday, I'd like to get my own Gallardo, and drive it like I really want to, at the track! Driving a lambo on the street though is similar to me on my motorcycle, it can't really be "opened up", and I'll never push someone else's car like that anyway. Hopefully I can help out here though, as I may be able to answer some specific questions that may come up. Anyone here bring thier car to our shop? (

Prior to my current job, I worked at my own shop, Induktion Motorsports (
www.4induktion.com). I'm still a co-owner, but left it as my daily grind when the Ferrari dealer called me offering the job(that's right, they called me). Now, I never even get up there to do anything, but I go to some of the functions to show support. Before Induktion though, I was at a local Audi dealer for over 4 years, and served 8.5 years in the U.S. Army, to include Desert Storm in '91. Which is kinda ironic, we have a former Kurdistan refugee who works at the dealer with me now. I used to watch firefights in the mountains outside of Zahku Iraq, and he's told me stories of him & his family running from gunmen in the same areas. Small world, eh?
Currently I have a 2003 yamaha R1 with a few extras on it, a 1990 audi coupe quattro in very mint condition, and my wife rides in style with her 2002 audi S4 on 18" volk LE37T's.
