Default Murci in the rain

I got caught in a huge downpour in my Murci yesterday. The car ran very strong and stuck to the road perfectly. However, as I looked in the rear view mirror and saw all that water hitting the car I wondered if anyone has had any issues with water getting into the somewhat exposed engine bay during a hard downpour?

Thanks for any insight!

I worry about that too, but since the aircleaners are basically isolated from that I wouldnt worry too much about it. I would just let her idle in the garage till it all exaporates which shouldnt take too long.when I wash the car I cover the engine.

I drove my LP Roadster in very hard rain for about 70 miles. When I got to my hotel I checked the engine and it was as clean as a drive on a dry day. I was very surprised. The car was perfect in hard rain except the soft top leaks a little.
