Default LP 640 Questions

Hello,
I purchased LP 640 yesterday.

Can somebody tell me how to open the sidewings, like the stuff the air comes in.

I figured out that you can open it around 0- 30 km/h,

after i reach around 90 km it closed automatically.

it there a possibility to let it open all the time or what is it good for?

Here's what they are for in short,Electronically managed air intakes open depending on the outdoor temperature and the need for cooling air, ensuring maximum aerodynamic efficiency.. And here's the link to learn all about the LP640. http://www.conceptcarz.com/vehicle/z...e/default.aspx

I remember this question being asked before, I dont know anything about LP640s but I do remember someone saying that there is a button that will manually open the side wings.

I've got one. They will open when you press the button, but will close if they are not required to cool the engine. They stay open only when the engine needs extra cooling.

Since you just got one, I've got a question for you. In the morning (after cooling off overnight), how does your car run when its cold? Mine burps and coughs until both the coolant and oil reach temp (I move the car only after I feel the large fans turn on behind the car).

if you want them up permenantly, i think its switching the car off while the wings are up.
but keep in mind you will have to eventualy go to the dealer to have them reset again so they can go down... keeping them up all the time dosnt ruin anything or harm the car.

i remember roy saying there was some kind of sequence off buttons to push that would rset them to normal also. do a search

Aye, I recall Roy saying something along those lines as well.
