I have a gallardo Nera, bought in January 07. I already was twice in the reserve, first time i went staight after a few kilometers to the gas station. the next time i drove around 12 km up hill, but at a slow speed because i was scared.

How far can it actually go?

When i was filling up the tank again, i could only fill up around 72liters.
Isnt the full tank 90 liters?

So basically in my understanding the reservetank must be around 25liters? so you can go around 50-80km more at full speed?

I am not sure how the fuel pump is on the Gallardo. But in most cars with the pump located in the tank, it is never recommended to run the car that low. It is crucial for the fuel pump to be submerged in the fuel to keep it from burning out. This is probably the reason for the 25 Lt reserve. I would try not to go below a quarter. JMO.
