Default Gallardo Vs Ferrari

I am new to this forum and know this has probably already been discussed. I recently have been looking at a Ferrari F355 F1 1999 model. Doing that I also did a lot of reseach on the F355. When I finally talked to a lot of mechanics etc. They all said the same thing. The F355 has engine issues. The valve guides, Heads, Headers and Cats have issues... So I know that owing a exotic means you will pay extra on services on the car. But for so much money it would seem that the engineering would be better with technology etc. I stepped away from the F355 and then looked at a 360 and they pretty much said that they are not cheaper and have the same routine service as the F355. Now I know that money should not matter if you can afford a car of this class but come on... So Yesterday i went to Lamborghini Dallas and fell in love with a 2005 Gallardo Coupe 6spd Manual Tranny. Have any of you guys had any problems with the Gallardo? What is the service schedule like etc... It is not that i am trying to be a cheap person but I would rather see my car on the road than in a shop or garage because i do not wat to pay $7k on a service.

I had a 355 - you need to have the service done or unload them before they need it

If it's a 2005.5 G with the lifting system it should have all the great updates that make it nearly a daily driver, certainly far cheaper to maintain.

There's no way you'll pay $7K. No engine out service and Audi reliability, Now That's not a plus in my book, but facts are facts.
