Default Gallardo LCD Dimmer

I'm not sure if the question has already been raised, but will the next model year of the G-car come with a Dimmer switch for the LCD? My memory is poor, but I seem to remember the LCD buggin me out on long drives at night. Maybe it had a dimmer but I just didn't know about it.

Any of those "telltale" lamps on that particular screen are only on momentarily when the system self checks, why would that be so annoying ? Unless they are staying "on" because they are allerting you about a fault.

Thats exactly what it was- The brakes were shot when I bought the car- So they never turned off- Thanks! And damn you for not fixing the car before it was sold- AutoPalace.(they told me it was Perfect, I didn't take a test drive, just tossed my 360 for it)

The dash illumination IS variable, by using the (+) / (-) buttons under the tachometer (when the dash lighting is illuminated).
