in case the second link doesn't work, here's the story,,,

A bright orange $415,000 Lamborghini bought from a Sydney car dealer with a fraudulent cheque was on the road for less than a day before police pulled it over.

When police pulled over the new sports car in Yagoona, in south-west Sydney, on Wednesday, its two occupants had nothing to say about who owned it.

Investigations revealed that a cheque used to pay for the vehicle at a Mosman car yard earlier was signed in the name of someone who did not exist.

Police impounded the car and the two men had given them statements.
