Is your front bumper damaged or whats sticking on there?

Yeah, there's a crack in there (previous owner), and the clear bra plastic is what you see...
Planning to get it fixed, but as i'm still getting to know the car, i've decided to keep it like that for a while, as i've found myself bottoming out on driveways, speed bumps and such all the time
