Default Indicator/blinker stork doesn't cancel out

Hi
My 94 VT indicator/blinker stork doesn't cancel out when steering wheel straightens after coming out of corner. I have to manually switch the indicator/blinker off.
Is there an easy fix for this or is there anything I can check?
I did remove the steering wheel to have the shrowd repainted. Would there be anything I may have touched or not replaced properly?
Thanks again
Bruce VT

sounds like you need to remove the steering wheel to see whats going on. either the the tab is broken or not aligned properly.

Hi
Thanks for the help.
In the pix above, the blue plastic guide wasn't positioned correctly.
Now it works well again.
Really appreciate your help fellas.

Default Diablo Indicator Stalk/ Track rod ends

Hi ,
Just for info , the highbeam, headlamp flash part of my switch had no tension and wouldn't latch.......

lambo item was about $900 including the wiper switch ....

But ! Purely by chance came across a Landrover Defender switch.... it is exactly the same switch as fitted in the Diablo. Straight swop...fitting ... though you may have to cut and solder the wiring.

cost about $50 !!!

Also..... the track rod ends on the steering rack..... about $150 each from Lambo..... mine were good , but rubbers had split...

Ford Fiesta 1.25 rubbers are exact fit..... paid about $12 each for whole track rod end !

I know its not lambo .... but hey lets be realistic , do you want to pay $150 for track rod end !

cheers

Good find Ivan !

Maybe you should send the part numbers to the LamboWeb site, who have an interesting list of alternative suppliers already

Hi , yes, I'll sort out part numbers and let them know ....

Chances are that the windscreen wiper switch is a landrover part as well ....
